The new trail has already been populated with a number of caches, but there's room for one more. This cache marks a pleasant spot by the creek, which was dry when I placed it but should fill up when the rains come. A nearby sign describes the resources that helped establish Saratoga in the early days, and you'll find the cache about ten feet from the sign. It is a camo taped tube. Shouldn't be hard to locate, and it will be even easier with the hint.
Update (December 8, 2000): the original hiding spot filled up with water after the first rain, so the hide has changed. Thanks to masawit for the assistance. See the hint.
