This is an extremely easy cache to find! The property owner has placed and maintains this cache, and has plans to keep the cache stocked with trackables. Parking is available in front of the cache, either roadside, or on the grass (weather permitting), the cache itself will be maintained on a regular basis, but area around the cache may or may not be adequately maintained in the winter.
The cache container is a black Pelican case with reflective trim. Please DO NOT remove the cache from the tree it is tied to!

NOTE: There is a right of way that runs through this property that leads to the neighbors property. Please park roadside, or on the grass in front of the geocache. There is a limit of 2 cars at a time, so if there are two cars parked here, please return at a later time.
Also, the sheriff's department and state police often patrol this area from time to time. If you should be stopped by a police officer and questioned about your presence on the property, respectfully explain that you are geocaching (keyword) and that the property owner has given permission to do so. Of course, you are welcome to invite the officer along with you while you hunt.
