While the masses are plodding up nearby Mt. Si, you can be finding your way to a pretty waterfall that is seldom visited.

If you're a bit nuts, take the Balcony Route to this cache. If you are completely nuts, take the Kamikaze Route up the hill to the cache.
This hike begins on an easy road-trail, then gets progressively harder. Experienced hikers will have no trouble with this hike, but wayfinding skills are essential, even with the map.
(By the way, even though I show the route on the map, take your topographic map too...take your TEN ESSENTIALS...)
Parking Lot is at the "School Bus Turnaround" at N 47° 29.157' and W 121° 42.061'. Please obey all posted NO PARKING signs, especially during weekdays when this is indeed a School Bus Turnaround. Do not block the gate.
Kamikaze Route: Take the road up to the Kamikaze trail at N 47° 29.770' W 121° 42.643', then head up the hill.
Balcony Route: Take the road up to Half Circle Road-trail at N 47° 29.658' W 121°42.401' and turn right. You will follow this up to the Hillside road-trail and then follow it to the junction with the Kamikaze trail.
At the trail junction, continue up the hill to the cache and the waterfalls.
The cache is in a plastic cylinder. You do NOT need to leave the trail to retrieve it, but it is covered up to prevent others from finding it, so please re-cover it when you are done.
Happy Trails!
