Dallas
On June 14, 2020 the family met Dallas. His name wasn't Dallas yet, he was part of a rescue transport from Texas and his rescue name was Galveston. Galveston just doesn't have a nice ring to it when calling your new BFF across the yard so he was renamed Dallas. It kept his Texas roots and is the football team of choice in the house.
I have a cache in the park in honor of my last dog and I thought it would be nice for Dallas to have a cache in his honor since he loves hiking in this park. If you happen upon us in the park, Dallas is very friendly and LOVES attention from both people and other dogs. Feel free to say hi and discover Dallas (he is trackable).
This cache is in the same area as one of my first finds, down by the river, placed by martiandmike in 2010 and archived in 2014. It's a nice place to take a rest and enjoy the view.
