There should be more of a muggle problem here. Those boxes and such you can see over the bank to your south? People lived there. Then the owners of the trailer home park decided this would be better served as townhomes and apartments, and so they closed the park down. Everyone had to absquatulate. But they had failed to get approval for their plan, and their plan was rejected by the city. So eventually they reopened it, as another manufactured home estate, from scratch. Meanwhile all the residents had to find other places to live... some became homeless. And so here we are with (for now) an underused piece of land in a metro with a housing shortage. People. Bah.
