NFC/RFID
Near-Field-Communication (NFC) is a set of communication protocols for communication between two electronic devices over a distance of 4 cm or less. NFC offers a low-speed connection with simple setup. The range of NFC is approximately 10cm.
Radio-frequency identification (RFID) uses electromagnetic fields to automatically identify and track tags attached to objects. An RFID tag consists of a tiny radio transponder; a radio receiver and transmitter. The range is up to 100m.
What do you need?
You will require an NFC-capable device to tap and scan the NFC-tag in order to NFC Toolsretrieve the information it contains. NFC relies on the radiation emitted from your device, it is a sensitive technology for which you might need to remove your phone cover.

There are a number of suitable Apps. NFC for iPhone for iOS or NFC Tools for Android should suffice.
How do I find the Cache
Go to the listed coordinates. These should take you to near Entrance 2 at Bay West. If you are standing at the glass entrance into the mall under the words "Entrance 2" with your back to the inside you will see a white cross on a green background. Under the cross you can scan the:

Read the tag with your device which will send you on your way to the cache.
Don't forget to swipe your parking card for free exit, but only if it took less than an hour to find the tag. :-)
