This historical marker commemorates Moseley's Ferry, which operated from 1846 to 1912 to carry livestock, freight, and travelers on the Old San Antonio Road across the Brazos River before a railroad bridge was built. Easy off-road parking. You can probably locate the cache without stepping off the pavement into the sticky-looking and itchy plants. As always in Texas, watch for creepy crawlers.
