This cache is located in a little used King Co Park next to the Maple Valley Highway. There are several large ponds next to the Cedar River. This is The Place to watch water fowl.
Unfortunatley the original Prickly Pond cache vanished many months ago. This is such a great little spot that I couldn't resist putting a replacement cache in near the old location. Park just off the highway near the Riverbend Trailer Park @ 47 27.830 / 122 06.702. After a short walk,look for a path between the "sticker bushes", 47 27.917 / 122 07.000 for us techno types. Your near the cache when you see the tree with five trunks. Please ensure that the cache is well hidden when you leave so this one doesn't vanish also.
