At the time of this listing there were no caches in the Delano East Quadrangle in Kern County.  Adding one here to help encourage others to take on the challenge of the KCCS: Kern County Quadrangle Challenge, GC54PQB.  Just a quick cache that should be easy for everyone. Bonus: there is a benchmark within a few feet of this cache.
