Herring Jumble 🐟 ☠

Cache is NOT at the posted coords.

One of the Red Herrings 🐟 decided to hide a special cache in honor of Martin Mitchell, who has encountered more than his share of Red Herrings 🐟 🐟. This Red Herring 🐟 put together a list of the Herring cousins he wanted to notify and even decided on a code word to keep the cache private. But he did it so quickly that he mixed up the names. You will have to unscramble the names, take all eight special letters in order, unscramble the hint, figure out his code word, and then enter the code word into Certitude for the actual coords. You have all the instructions, so what are you waiting for- a 🐟 invitation?
