This cache is one in a series of three caches that will take you be four waterfalls on the Black River.
Park at the gravel pit, walk north down the old road until you get to a creek crossing (there are culverts under the somewhat washed out road), then follow the creek downstream towards the Black River. If the creek is running, there are some smaller falls to enjoy there to enjoy as well! When you get to the Black River, hike upstream for 3 beautiful falls. Enjoy!
