In 1941, a fire broke out at a furniture factory in this area, and the lives of three people were lost. In the following year, the Kyobashi Fire Department Shintomi Branch Office was established on the site, but firefighters were injured one after another, and rumors spread, such as "the sound of footsteps can be heard climbing up the watchtower in the absence of firefighters" or "a girl crying bitterly at night”. In 1953, the Shintomi Firefighting Jizo was erected to pray for the requiescats of the line of duty death and the safety of the area. After that, the fire department branch office was closed, but the Shintomi Firefighting Jizo still exists.

昭和16年（1941年）、この地にあった家具製作所から出火し、3名の命が失われました。翌年、跡地に京橋消防署新富出張所が設立されましたが、消防隊員に負傷者が続発したり、「非番なのに望楼へこつこつと登る足音がする」「夜中に少女がさめざめと泣く声が聞こえる」などの噂が広まりました。昭和28年（1953年）、殉職者の鎮魂と地域の安全を祈願する新富消防地蔵尊が建立されました。その後、消防出張所は閉所となりましたが、新富消防地蔵尊はそのまま存続しています。
この新富消防地蔵尊の近くにキャッシュを設置しました。キャッシュにはペンが入っていませんのでお持ちください。
