Braidwood Sundial

In Ryrie Park you will find a Sundial. The original sundial was a gift to the Braidwood Citizens back in the 1800's. The one that is currently here however, is a replacement. It is nowhere near as old, but is already looking a little under the weather!

The listed coordinates will take you to the Sundial in Ryrie Park. 

Update December 2022: The sundial is currently missing, a photo of it can be seen at the bottom of this listing so you are still able to calculate GZ using the original method.

From the Sundial:

 A = 3rd Number in the Year the Original sundial was given to Braidwood Citizens

 B = The Roman Numeral that EAST points too (The larger digit)

 C = 4th Number in the Year the Replacement sundial was given to Braidwood Citizens

D = 1st letter in the Star Sign that NORTH Points too  (Convert letter to a digit, where A=1, B=2…J=0)

E = 1st letter in the Star Sign that SOUTH Points too  (Convert letter to a digit, where A=1, B=2…J=0)

F = 4th letter in the Star Sign that WEST Points too  (Convert letter to a digit, where A=1, B=2…J=0)

GH = The Roman Numeral that SOUTH points too
