Yes, it really is ironic! A special drinking fountain commemorating the "Turning on of the Braidwood Water Supply" 
But the water seems to be turned off! It is completely dry! Let me know if it is still dry when you visit! 

The one drinking fountain that you would really expect to work... a little bit sad!
