Geocache Description:


This is a simple multi-cache with two waypoints, start and finish. Start at the Jones family plot in Laurel Land Cemetery, where my parents, grandparents and aunt are buried. The title of this cache refers to my grandmother Dorothy, who would have been delighted to know that you navigated here using satellites in orbit.

My grandparents lived in Oak Cliff not far from this cemetery. I visited them often during the 1950’s and 1960’s when my grandmother and I would discuss computers, space exploration and many other technical innovations that have come to fruition since then.
