Jeez, what is it with all these “Needful Things”? Unlike the troublesome things in Stephen King’s horror novel, these Needful Things are all good, especially for geocachers who are numbers fans, streak freaks or Word Challenge-obsessed. There will be something in this series for everyone.
This cache was an especially "Lucky 13" for the Needful Things CO. While reconnoitering this spot during the recent full moon, I spotted a Barred Owl on the nearby fence post. My presence didn't seem to bother it at all, and I was able to photograph it and then pass by without incident.
