Merry Christmas From The Weasel!!

Last year I had this very same event on Christmas Eve and the weather was decent but a little windy. However the first year of this event 2013, 6 brave souls braved the bitter freezing temps, so I thought I would do it again to see how many more geocachers I can get to come out to wish each other a Merry Christmas. I know caching is a little hit and miss with people at this time of year, but hopefully the weather will be decent and we can a bunch a people to show up. This ole Santa might have some goodies in his bag to hand out to a few lucky individuals!! ******************************************************************************** When: Thursday December 24th, 2020

Time: 6pm-6:30pm

What: An event event to spread the Christmas cheer!!

Where: Marion Depot

Why: Because everybody could use a little joy in their life this time of year! *******************************************************************************

COVID 19 - Never thought I would have to put a disclaimer like this on an event, but here we go. With the current pandemic going on, like other events that have been going on, we have think of safety first. With that being said, this event will allow drive by proof as attending. For those who do attend, we will be practicing social distancing by allowing a 6ft distance between you and the person next to you. In the words of the great Hempmage "6FT MF!!". Masks are also strongly encouraged as well. Hopefully this is the last year we have to have these sorts of safety measures.
