Should of Been Removed Traditional Cache

I archived one cache near this area as it kept going missing so trying another one in the area.   You will need your pen or pencil and a pair of tweezers may come in handy.  Please try and replace as found so it will remain hidden well.  Parking is right across the street from this so no need to park on the street and draw attention to yourself.
