This cache is easy. It's in the parking lot, and it's not hard to access. Just make sure you don't get hit by a car trying to get to it (I mean, you are in a parking lot, and some people drive faster than they should). You're looking for a duct tape plastic container with a lucky penny and the log. BYOP.
