We don't know whay there's a bus stop bench here. This isn't a bus stop, and Okeechobee doesn't even have a public bus service. But there's a bench here anyway. Good place for a little break I guess. There is a newspaper box a few feet away (cache is not there), so sitting and reading the paper like in the old days could be it!
