I used to come here a lot to go to the driving range and putting greens, I never did play the whole course though. Also the restaurant Paliuli is pretty yummy too so head on over before or after you find the cache.
You will have to be rather stealthy, as you'll find golfers cruising and talking story in the parking lot, cops chilling, workers taking a break, ingress/pogo/HP players as well. This will be an easy one as the cache is fitting for the enviornment you're in 
. I would suggest tweezers as the log is pretty snug in the container.
