This cache is another one of two caches in this park. Introducing Saemangeum Bieung Park, located in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do. The Saemangeum Project built a seawall with a total length of 33.9Km between Gunsan and Buan, Jeollabuk-do, with a total area of 40,900ha. It is a project to develop an internal site and an appeal to become the center of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia.

Saemangeum Biung Park, located at the gateway to the Saemangeum embankment, was completed in 2011 and is well equipped with rest facilities on a large site.Many people visit it as a resting place for nearby Gunsan citizens and tourists visiting Gunsan.
