This cache is located along Canal Road near Downtown Cleveland. Just above you to the north is downtown, more specifically the Tower City parking lot. To your south is a nice view of the Cuyahoga River and the surrounding area. You will notice the wide bend in the river which allows ships to make the wide turn up the river. This bend is named Collision Bend because of five previous accidents that happened there.
You are looking for a blue bison tube.
This road is not busy at all, so you should be able to pull over and put your flashers on to grab this cache with no problems.
