This cache is visible to everybody, but the simple fact is most will more than likely just walk past it and not notice it.
So you should be on a footpath and there are quite a few of these things sitting around, but this one is different from the others so it should be obvious.
Please use stealth when finding the cache as it is blatantly out in the open and the area does get quite busy with muggles at times as there is a main transport hub quite near by.
Please remember to be safe whilst caching and if you are going after dark I would recommend a torch.
