I think I first encountered this puzzle format among Eric Berlin's Puzzlesnacks. I wanted to try my hand at coming up with something comparable, and building the first one was fun enough that I just went ahead and made another. Enjoy!

As the cache owner, I do solemnly swear that this file is safe to download, although it has not been checked by Groundspeak or the reviewer for malicious content. Download at your own risk. Each answer in this puzzle uses the five letters starting from the numbered space on the outside ring and reading inward to the center — but those five letters will appear in a scrambled order. It’s up to you to logically place the letters into the correct spaces so that all 24 answers can be made. After completing the wheel, enter the letters in the outer ring (1-24) into Certitude to obtain the final coordinates.
