I'm sure we're all glad that 2020 will finally be over when we gather for this event and that the vaccines are rolling out. Seems not a lot may change, quite yet.
Currently, we cannot publish indoor events, so we will be "chiling" in the parking lot. Come prepared.
As of listing, "The statewide positivity rate went up slightly and is now at 7.73%. It’s the 8th lowest in the country," per Gov Hogan. However, the Maryland Department of Health also issued a public health advisory, which once again lowers the gathering limit from 25 to 10. As of publication, Maryland doesn't seem to be talking "stages" anymore. We just need to see what the govenor decides, day to day.
