Nei pressi della frazione di Roffia è situato un lago che si è venuto a formare in seguito alle varie esondazioni dell'Arno tra il XIV e il XV secolo. A cominciare dagli anni ottanta del 1900 è iniziato un piano di recupero per la trasformazione dell'area lacustre in parco fluviale specializzato per le gare di canoa e per il canottaggio internazionale. Attualmente sul lago è presente la sede di una società sportiva che organizza corsi di canoa e canottaggio.
Attorno al lago è presente un percorso di circa 5.2 km, molto ben tenuto che per un lungo tratto è situato tra il lago e l'argine del fiume Arno. Il percorso è facilmente percorribile anche in bicicleatta. Percorso in piano rialzato, parcheggio comodo. Tutto a sole, non alberato. Manto sterrato, strada bianca pari. In periodo di piena Arno, potrebbe non essere percorribile completamente in quanto il bacino serve da scolmatore e sarebbe interrotto dalla schiusa.

Near the village of Roffia there is a lake that was formed following the various floods of the Arno river between the fourteenth and fifteenth centuries. Beginning in the 1980s, a recovery plan began for the transformation of the lake area into a specialized river park for canoe competitions and international rowing. Currently on the lake there is the headquarters of a sports club that organizes canoeing and rowing courses.
Around the lake there is a path of about 5.2 km, very well maintained that for a long stretch is located between the lake and the Arno river bank. The route is also easily accessible by bicycle.
