This cache is located at Sandfly point, at the very end of one of the finest walks in the world, The Milford Track. If you started at Glade House, you can't really walk much further. You could also get this cache by doing a day trip over from Milford Sound, but what ever way you do it, you have to walk or boat (or swim).....
Beware of the sandflys, they are bloodsuckers!
