Next to the park is the Xitun District Office. There are parking spaces for cars and motorcycles around the park. Parking is fairly convenient. The park also has parking lots. Chaoyang Environmental Protection Park is located between Huanhe Road, Shishibei 2nd Road and Chaogui Road. The shape of the park is similar to a triangle. There are a lot of green lawns and three small hills in the park. You can also climb the hills and take a walk. On the side of Chaogui Road and Shishibei 2nd Road in the park, there are book seats in the park-a beautiful relationship and a beautiful book seat. It looks like two green huts. You can access nearly 800 books for free. It feels like reading a book in the forest.
公園旁邊是西屯區公所，公園周圍有汽機車停車格，停車還算方便，公園也有停車場, 潮洋環保公園位於環河路、市政北二路和朝貴路之間，公園形狀近似三角形, 公園內有滿滿的綠草坪，和三座小山丘，還可以爬爬小山散步運動, 公園內的朝貴路和市政北二路這一側，有設置了公園書席-美好關係美好書席，外型像兩間綠色小屋，可以免費取閱近800本書，有在森林裡看書的感覺「初心共好」書席
