This placement marks the end of my personal 5 Kilometres circuit which has been helping me stay fit and healthy during the recent Covid lockdown/s (daily exercise regime) If you begin your walk/jog/run at '5K The beginning' (my nearby cache placement) and walk/jog/run, following a simi circular route across the 'new bridge' and then head west along the the castletown river, then across the old stonebridge and east (staying close to the river at all times) until you get back to '5K The beginning' you will have completed one complete lap of my 5k circuit.
In order to complete 5 Kilometres, you will be required to do this complete circuit twice, and then jog on for another 'three quarters' of a lap, finishing at telegraph pole number nine (this exact coordinate)
Sure have a go and let me know how you get on (at the time of writing it takes me approximately 45 minutes to complete the distance (walking).
This cache placement: This should be an easy find just behind the telegraph pole in the ivy (cache is not in the wall itself, which should sustain no damage during your search). Please do not pull the ivy away from the wall itself. Cache is in a clump of ivy directly behind the pole and just before the wall.
Beware of a very high muggle potential here and replace exactly as found. Enjoy!
