I love to travel and if you do too, this cache is for you. All you need to log this as a find is to find the cache, ink the cache, and prove you've found 13 caches in each of 13 states. Yes the cache is at the listed coordinates and should be a very easy find. Plenty of parking and available 24/7 and probably in snow.
Cathy'sClown has used Project-GC Challenge Checker to see if they qualified for this challenge and they did. I have found required number of caches (13) in each of 15 regions (required number of regions: 13).
