This park is located adjacent to the last active farm in Cherry Hill, but until relatively recently, the town was made up almost entirely of farms. In fact, in 1931, there were 82 active farms in town!
Many of these farms raised vegtables, which were sold in Camden to the soup company there.
Driving through Cherry Hill today, it's amazing to think of how much things have changed.
Kresson Trails are open dawn to dusk, year round. Please be careful, as this is a popular off road biking spot (and the mountain bikers do a great job keeping the trails clear). Please replace the cache as found. You may need a tool to deal with the log on this one!
