It's important that the cache is replaced exactly as found so as not to be muggled.
This cache is located about 1/2 mile out the Shakota Trail from the North end of the lake. There is plenty of parking at the visitor center. The trail is easy going offering mild terain and minimal elevation change. The Shakota trail extends ~5.6 miles and connects the north parking area to the south overlook.
This cache is within an arms reach from the trail and easy to access. Watch for poision oak or dangerous critters. The cache was placed in the winter while poision oak is easy to avoid. But summer may be totally different.
