KY Heritage Cache #1 (Thoroughbred Park) Virtual Cache

Grab a brown bag lunch, a soda, and a blanket and head out for a caching lunch. Or, stop at one of downtown's many great lunch spots and grab a lunch to go. Either way, this is a beautiful tribute to Lexington's Thoroughbred Heritage. I hope you enjoy the sculptures as much as I do.

To log the cache, you have to answer THREE questions:

1. (Easy) How many ANIMALS have been sculpted in the whole park? (It's more than 12)

2. (Medium) There are two possible winning trifecta tickets, what are they?

3. (Hard) Examine the plaques of the prominent people who play into Lexington's heritage. In 2002, when we first placed this cache, the dates (or rather just one date on some) indicate the name of a popular breakfast juice drink. What is it (you may need to visit a nearby Kroger store)?
