Tao-Lin Railway was used to transport coal. In 2005, Taoyuan City government rented 2 trains to transport passengers for free. In 2012, government stopped the service of these trains. At the end of 2018, Taoyuan City government renovated the old railway to the beautiful trail and bike path. The railway extends to 18.4 km. Now the bike path is still extending.Â
Maybe you will come across a dog standing on the bike path like a security guard. That dog should belong to the factory nearby. Prepare some food just in case.
