Garrison Creek Park Cache Traditional Cache

As a family we have placed three caches. This cache should be should be considered a Park and Grab- but it depends on your luck- its accessible outside the park, but can be had from the inside- if your on the shorter side it might be a bit of a reach- see the hint if you need a little help, coordinates might be off a bit but the hint will accomodate that.
