This is the last part of the 9th Avenue Terminal building. Originally built in 1930, it was first used as a break bulk facility and later as a warehouse It used to be 1,000 feet long but has now mostly been demolished to make room for Township Commons public park, the newest park in the area. There are a couple other remnants of the structure in the middle and far end of the park.
The park is open from sunrise to sunset.
