5 closely spaced waypoints (covering 200m) visiting 5 seats placed along Terrace Road in Titahi Bay.

This cache was something of an evolution - starting with a desire to hide a cache at an oft visited spot and a long process of deciding how to hide a cache here. It was originally to be a traditional and while figuring out what to call it the plaque on the contemplation seat provided the answer. The image above is from the plaque on that seat and, as you can see, the title was lifted straight from it. Then, realizing that were several such seats all within a short walk the idea of making this a multi-cache started to form. Suddenly the phrase became the perfect title.
The odd grammar is a mystery we just have to live with. It seems to be attributable to a number of possible sources (perhaps most commonly A.A. Milne) and it's not clear which one this might be quoting. Because it's a bit of a meme it's probably just the variation used by the person for whom the seat is a memorial.
The cache is at S41 06.abc E174 49.def where each waypoint provides one or two digits using information on the plaque of each seat:

The Plaque column is there to act as a check that you are looking at the correct plaque - in case they vanish or move.
You can visit the waypoints in any order but the recommended order is the order given (W1 -> W5) from south to north.
You do NOT need to cross any fences - obviously not at the seat waypoints but particularly not at the final location. There are some significant cliffs along here so please use common sense.
A word about muggles; they will often park here and "just sits". Day or night, doesn't matter. If you think the cache location is badly chosen in that regard because you can't retrieve the cache unobserved, make sure to say so in your log.
Checksum for a+b+c+d+e+f = 24. You can also verify the actual coords with the checker.
