This cache has been placed in the end of an Armco Rail and there is good safe off road parking on this road. You are seeking a small sized container that is a large camo pre form tube with an attachment to tether to the end of the armco to prevent it from flating away in a flood. This a replacement bridge. the previous cache that was here was archived due to this construction.
