Seen wandering the area, the elusive manbear periodically leaves his den in search of nourishment and recreation. Perhaps you will be lucky enough to spot this reclusive creature upon your visit.
Any visitors who happen upon a treed manbear are encouraged to maintain a safe distance (yet...equally encouraged to post any pictures obtained for our amusement).
This geocache is located in James City County's Freedom Park (open daily from 7am to Sunset). A gigantic "thank you" to the county for encouraging Geocaching in this outstanding park filled with high adventure opportunities!
