Geocache Description:


I think for the cache title, one needs a bit of back story. At the moment, there are a lot of dead fish on the shore. Dozens. It's a bit bizarre, honestly. I have learned that they are Atlantic menhaden, known locally as bunker. The DEC is aware of the situation. If you'd like to learn more, you can read about it here in the Riverkeeper. Mrs. Frog was with me at the cache placement, and I asked her what we should call this cache. That's when she said, "Fish heads, fish heads, roly poly fish heads just like the song."

I looked at her strangely.

"Don't you know the song?" she asks.

"Uh, no." I reply.

You know we have to look this up on YouTube. Mrs. Frog is happily enjoying a video she watched many times on MTV. I'm looking at the video, then to her, then back again, in horror. It's a little late now, but what have I gotten myself into? I'm a little afraid now. And now, you, too, will have to wonder about that video and why it was made.

This cache container came from GoodSamNurse and is placed near where the now archived The Frog Prince was.
