This cache is accesible by foot or by kayak. It's a point marked point along the Catawba River for kayakers and rafters to mark their progress. You are looking for a magentic container with just a log. Enjoy the view. You can approach from above or below, but look out for thorns.

Caches have been placed with permission from the friendly and hardworking park manager - Ron Russell. Please be respectful of park rules. All trails are 6 foot wide, with minimal inclines and can be accessed by foot or by bike. Keep dogs on leash when near others and pick up after them. Drive only on gravel roads. Obey all speed limits. You may park on grass, but do NOT attempt to drive on the trails. Bathrooms are open during all park hours. Unless you are camping, you cannot be in the park after hours. Free admission.
