Geocache Description:

Meet Bonnie, short for Bluebonnet

After 5 long years without a pup in the house, the family was ready to welcome a pup into the family.  After applying to a few rescues we got a call there was a litter of six puppies on the way to Maryland!  We were given the chance to meet all 6!  After meeting them, we chose our pup but Dallas wanted to recognize each of his siblings.

All the puppies had Texas names - Bonnie, short for the Texas state flower the Bluebonnet.  Bonnie and her sister Ally were the first of the Texas 6 that we met. These two were adorable! Bonnie has a face that SCREAMS personality! So tiny they almost couldn't get down the back steps at their foster. Very playful with each other! I could have said yes to either one, but we wanted to see all 6!

This trail will take you through a cornfield, along the back of my neighborhood, onto the red dot trail which turns into the white trail, to the red trail and back to parking. This is Dallas's most favorite place to walk/hike. He is so excited when we visit here! Alltrails lists the Sweet Air Loop as 3.1 miles, so it became a 5K trail dedicated to Dallas and his littermates.

Along the trail, don't forget to pick up these caches in addition to the 5K:
