2020 has sure been some year - the year of Covid-19 and Lockdowns. This cache was placed by Charlie the Geodog on the last day of 2020 in hope of a better year to come. Enjoy the views of Heathcote Valley and greater Christchurch as you sit on your stone throne. The cache is a small camo scew top conatiner that had a few trades, pencil and log when placed. It should keep dry in its home. Access to GZ is a little tricky. It can be reached from a trail off the Bridle Path or from a trail from Horotane Valley or possibly from a small car park off Tunnel Road beneath GZ and a scramble up the hill. Stock can sometimes be around this area.
