In 2020, a group of geocaching friends headed to Turangi to have an adventure they didn't actually end up doing because of the weather. These geocachers promptly decided on a number of other awesome adventures to do instead. Today, still eyeing up a certain mountain summit with longing and envy they survive as geocachers of fortune. If you have a high terrain cache, if no one else can help, and if you can find them....maybe you can team up with The B-Team.

So here's your mission, if you choose to accept it: Make your way by land or by water (water is easier, trust us) and locate Brucey's Treasure Box and post office. Bruce insisted that this cache be a letterbox and not just a traditional cache. Good call, Bruce - it makes it that much more enticing. Be prepared for anything, this is not the easiest location to get to (although it's also not the hardest). Enjoy the adventure and have fun!
PLEASE NOTE: This cache is a larger-then-normal ammo can, and the lid latches down at BOTH ENDS. Please ensure the lid is properly latched at both ends before you leave. If the lid is secured properly, this container is extremely weatherproof. Please help maintain its integrity by being very careful about closing the lid properly and securely.
