Kingswood Caching has grown quite a bit over lockdown. There are many caches within the village and the local woods as well as some walks out of the village which we have walked quite a bit as a family over the last year. This growing series has mainly been hidden by LandR30 and us (and the kids
) and we hope you enjoy finding all the caches.
Most of Kingswood village was constructed in the early 1960s with earlier development taking place in the 20s and 30s. The village has a school, shop and village hall and is surrounded by woods and farmland. It is a very beautiful area which we would like to share with you.
This was one of the first caches we hid and is now the start of many geocaching walks out of the village so hence the name change (previously Kingswood Caching: Footpath to Leeds/Langley #1) to Starting Point.
This is the starting point of three different walks:
1. Farmer's Field Loop - about 1.5 miles back to here. https://coord.info/GC94ZT3
2. Langley Walk - about 1.5 miles to Langley (so about 3 miles back to here) https://coord.info/GC959FD
3. Leeds Stroll (under construction)
When you get to the next cache you will need to decide which route you are going to take - see each series #1 for full details on each walk, see the links above.
You will need tweezers for this cache.
Enjoy
