I have several caches around town and frequently get questions where they are located, ironically the one that causes the most confusion is the dreaded Light Pole Cache. The new geocacher will look at the hint, see that it says "LPC", get frustrated and send a message to the CO. I usually try to help them out with a nudge so they get into the game.
That said the LPC hint was well confusing me for some time as a new cacher until one night I was on the bike ride and decided to stop for a cache. The hint said "if I only had a skirt". For some reason the light pole being the only thing around, no plants nothing I again scratched my head and well lifted the "skirt". It was like a whole new world had opened up, I got all excited and found five caches in that one night.
Anyway the rest is history, for the newbies out there this is a really big hint for you. Welcome to the game.
