Un monument, 2 facettes à découvrir, l'une de 1631 et l'autre moderne, des année 1960. Ce bâtiment est l'un des seuls objets valaisans du 20ème siècle à être classé aux biens culturels d'importance nationale ! Ses deux facettes que le visiteur découvre en parcourant les espaces intérieurs et extérieurs lui confèrent tout son intérêt. En 1631, débute la construction de l'ouvrage. 400 ans plus tard, un architecte et designer vénitien, Mirco Ravanne, rénove les lieux de manière avant-gardiste. Propriété de la Bourgeoisie de Sion, le site est encore habité par une petite communauté de capucins. L'Office du tourisme propose des visites guidées ouvertes au public.
Ein Denkmal, 2 Facetten zu entdecken, eine aus dem Jahr 1631 und die andere moderne, aus den 1960er Jahren. Dieses Gebäude ist eines der einzigen Walliser Objekte aus dem 20. Jahrhundert, das als Kulturgut von nationaler Bedeutung eingestuft wurde ! Seine zwei Facetten, die der Besucher beim Durchschreiten der Innen- und Außenräume entdeckt, machen es sehr interessant. Im Jahr 1631 wurde mit dem Bau des Gebäudes begonnen. 400 Jahre später renovierte ein venezianischer Architekt und Designer, Mirco Ravanne, die Räumlichkeiten auf avantgardistische Art und Weise. Die Anlage ist Eigentum der Burgergemeinde von Sion und wird noch immer von einer kleinen Gemeinschaft von Kapuzinern bewohnt. Das Tourismusbüro bietet öffentlich zugängliche Führungen an.
