This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.

Former Glenside (Parkside) Hospital Chapel & Women's Dining Room. Originally built in 1880 as a combined chapel and women's dining room. Built by McNAMARA and Company of Parkside for £1,594. From 1970, after renovations had been completed, the building became the Hospital Chapel. Although the site mortuary was given coloured windows with lead lighting, there were no such refinements in the chapel. However the high arched wooden ceiling gives the chapel interior an ecclesiastical air. The building is now part of the South Australian Film corporation. Perhaps the building will appear in a movie soon.
From the listed coordinates you can see the following features on the west facade.
A = Number of tall vertical windows.
B = Number of square glass panels in each short window at the top of the facade.
C = Number of square glass panels in each tall window
Z = Number of coloured glass panels in the tall windows.
