The cache is not at the above coordinates but within 2 miles, you will need to solve the puzzle which will give you the coordinates for the cache's hiding place.
This is the 3rd cache (3 of 12) of the Westers Walk around Rockbeare.
There is plenty of parking in the village and pathways/lanes are suitable for prams/strollers.
Some caches are in nano's and will need a small tool to remove the log.
The cache title and/or hint should help you locate this one.
